News
05/13/01: After some speculation and investigation
I have decided AltaVista is back in fashion. They seem
to be updating sites in their index regularly. I still
haven't figured out their algorithm but at least they
are updating sites regularly. Getting a hold on they display
results should just be a matter of time.
News 05/07/01: Lycos decides officially closes their
affiliate program today...Not a great sign, but hopefully
it won't reflect their search engine.
News 04/30/01: Google started their monthly update
process about a week ago and it looks like the new results
are pretty stable now.
News 04/12/01: Looks like Altavista's bots are out
and about today. Many webmasters are reporting that they
have seen their pages get crawled.
News 04/09/01: NBC decides to shutdown their search
engine NBCi and will be buying back their outstanding
